No. Unlike other platforms, Tradiuus does not issue payments, refunds or any financial transactions of any kind between the Contractor and Customer. Tradiuus is simply a lead generation platform which connects these stakeholders. Tradiuus does however provide a payment platform through Stripe, for both the Contractor to remit payments to Tradiuus and we also encourage Customers to download the platform so as to easily pay for our Contractor services more conveniently.

Yes. Tradiuus triangulates to the Technician’s exact location once the customer selects him. He is issued a Job Order Ticket with all the Customer’s details etc., and the Customer is automatically notified of the company’s License, Insurance, Geo Jobs and the Technician’s location. After a 10 minute interval, Tradiuus does allow the Technician to switch his Availability switch to offline if he so desires. We highly recommend against that practice though. Both the Customer and Tradiuus expect transparency.

We research the State database to ensure that the Contractor’s License is valid and current. Secondly, we scour the web to ascertain that their reputation is at least 3 1/2 stars before they are accepted into our family. Additionally, any Contractor that falls below an average of 3 1/2 Truck Hearts on our review system, will automatically be deleted from our system.

No. Once the Contractor concludes his registration, We at Tradiuus then spend approximately 2 -3 days to verify all submitted info. Once approved, a congratulatory email is sent out and the Contractor’s Technicians can become immediately visible. Contractors, don’t forget that your location will not be detected if you are logged into your Contractor Admin portal. You must login as a Technician, if you chose to accept work as well.

Yes, it is quite simple. A customer with a need for an emergency contractor would typically use the internet to search and find one. The tedious process would involve the system’s generation of a list of contractors, who either advertise or live in the neighborhood. Alternatively, if that customer, were to use Tradiuus, the App opens to a map feature, where it scans a radius of 0 – 10 miles and represents the real time-location of actual contractors working close by. The customer is represented with icons of the trade contractor’s specific trade, all peppered on this map. The customer has to simply tap on the icon, the contractor’s profile card comes up and the customer could further review. The customer could either call or text the selected contractor, petitioning that contractor to come respond to his / her emergency, because that said contractor is so close by. A pretty convenient option. The contractor could either agree by phone or text. If he agrees by text, the Tradiuus system automatically tracks him and represents his location, until he reaches that customer’s house. On completion of the job, the contractor and customer are allowed to exchange remuneration / documentation etc. Tradiuus does not manage any negotiations or payments on behalf of either party. Once all is well, the customer can leave a review of that contractor and invite him, to list his / her home or business, as a Geo Job / Luxury Building. Geo Job is a classification that Tradiuus came up with, to lend depth to the contractor’s profile. The contractor’s profile is more muscular, as it represents the buildings and neighborhoods in which he had provided services. Tradiuus provides the most simplest marketplace for the customer to engage with live trade contractors.
